Complete management of the 18,000 broard acre property which consists of four enterprises: 3000 acre cropping program, 4000 crossbred ewe operation, 6000 merino ewe enterprise and a 1900 head Angus herd. Maintaining a safe and enthusiastic workplace which consists of 8 staff. Regular reporting, administration of accounts and program development to enhance property's productivity. Monthly board meetings, benchmarking, product marketing, direct communication with owner and overall high level of property presentation.
