Farm Manager at South Mokanger, Cavendish (2010-2013)

Managed alongside the owner of a 5000 acre property specialising in cereal cropping and prime lamb production. Organisation of all processes needed to achieve production targets in the enterprises on farm. Assisted in maintaining a tourist standard presentation of the property to complement the farm stay cottages on the farm. Worked closely with owners to obtain accurate records, and plan for future production goals.
