This property was a blank canvas of 1800 acres. Together with the stakeholder we devised a strategy that was focussed on a seamless integration of a working farm with tourism incorporated into a mixed farming operation emphasising the critical success factors in today's agricultural landscape. I lead this project from the ground up, working closely with the owner of the property to develop and execute a strategic plan. This plan, driven by a clear vision and stakeholder input, was implemented and in accordance with sustainable practices.
Notably, our focus on regenerative agriculture has improved soil health, maximized production, and maintained chemical-free farming practices. This property is now an operational organic sheep, meat and beef cattle producing enterprise.
